Ayuttaya and Kachanaburi
Hello Everybody, we are now in Koh Tao, stunning little island on the east coast of south Thailand, we will have a lot of things to write about it, but before we would like to go back to our last days around Bangkok.
First, we’ve been to Ayuttaya, historical city, memory of battles between Burma and Thailand. So we’ve hired a push bike and paddle around the city, watching ruins of temples. Everything was really nice.
The next day, we took a bus (already a funny experience) to Kachanaburi and the bridge of the Kwai River. We slept in a bungalow directly on the water. After that, we took a scooter and headed to The Tiger Temple, a temple where monks raise tigers. So after having played with baby tigers, we came back to Bangkok, where we directly took a night train to Chumpon where we took a boat to Koh Tao, but that is another story …
